Process Built For You

Our process at Super Color Digital, from beginning to end, is like driving down a sun-soaked highway with the top down…

…everything runs smooth and you feel relaxed.

Step 1 | ARCHITECTURAL DRAWING REVIEW

1. Click the image above to preview a preliminary drawing example.
2. We start our interior branding process by reviewing the preliminary architectural drawings and presenting our ideas for ideal graphic placement using a graphics locator map prepared by our design team. Please see the example attached for reference.
3. This plan will coordinate by number with the budget spreadsheet discussed in Step 2 and will pinpoint the exact location of the suggested graphics.

Step 2 | BUDGET & PROPOSAL

1. Click the image above to preview a budget & proposal example.
2. Next, our project management team prepares a detailed budget spreadsheet which itemizes each element, description, size, material, and price.
3. This helps the dealer review each element and establish a budget range for the scope of work. This spreadsheet will coordinate by number with the graphics locator mentioned in step 1. Please see the attached example for reference.

Step 3 | SITE SURVEY & PRELIMINARY DESIGN

1. Click the image above to preview a design deck example.
2. Once the budget range and tentative scope are outlined, we begin the design layout phase.
3. First, an “on-site” survey of the dealership space to field verify wall sizes and identify any obstructions and placement concerns.
4. Pictures of each suggested location will be taken during the site survey.
5. A design deck is prepared to visually present renderings of the graphics in their actual space prior to production.
6. Once the budget range and tentative scope are outlined, we begin the design layout phase.

Step 4 | PRODUCTION & INSTALLATION

1. Once the design and budget are approved, we’ll ask you sign a final Deck and spreadsheet.
2. Upon receiving the required 50% deposit, we begin the production process which takes on average 2-4 weeks depending on the volume and scope.
3. Our project management team coordinates the logistics with the dealer, contractor or on-site contact to establish the appropriate dates for installation
4. On-site management is also available to assist the contractor and dealer representative with any onsite challenges that arise.
5. After completion, we will ask that you give a final sign off stating you are satisfied, and a final invoice will be sent with the balance due (including the necessary taxes and shipping costs)
